We seek to make counseling affordable and accessible to all members of the community.

Insurance

We are in-network with following insurance companies: 

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans (including Regence and Anthem)

  • CareOregon/Healthshare OHP

  • Cigna/Evernorth

  • Moda (clinician Lilyan only)

  • Optum/United Healthcare (clinicians Jentry and Lilyan only)

  • PacificSource commercial plans

  • PacificSource Medicare
    (We are not in-network with PacificSource Community Solutions.)

  • Oregon Health Plan (OHP): If we are not in-network with your CCO, we may be able to do a “single case agreement”. This means that OHP will cover your therapy services with us, even though we are not in-network. This will require pre-approval from OHP. Please contact us for more details if you are interested in this.

  • All other insurance companies: It might be possible to receive reimbursement from your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. If you have an insurance deductible, you also might be able to count the cost of our sessions toward your deductible. Please check with your insurance company for further clarification. We’re happy to help you figure out your insurance benefits as much as we can. As always, no one is turned away from our organization due to an inability to pay.

See a chart of our Usual and Customary rates for services. If you have insurance, you will likely be responsible for a co-pay or co-percentage of these rates.

Sliding Scale Fees

We offer generous sliding scales for those in financial hardship who do not have, or cannot use, insurance.

Cost per session (individual, couple, or family): $30-$75

We can also offer even lower sliding scales or free sessions for those severe financial hardship.

No one is turned away for the inability to pay.
