Hi there! As a therapist on the Spectrum Counseling team, I’m excited to pursue my passion for supporting individuals in their exploration of identity, core values, and healthy development. I grew up in Southern Oregon and attended Southern Oregon University to receive my Bachelor’s in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about providing counseling to individuals within marginalized populations including the LGBTAQQ, disability, and BIPOC communities.

My experience includes:

  • Individual and group counseling with adolescents and adults experiencing challenges with substance use/addiction

  • Providing crisis intervention for suicidal adolescents and adults

  • Couples’ counseling

  • Working with adolescents and adults with issues including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder

  • Treatment coordination for individuals in outpatient mental health services

  • Providing trauma-informed care for individuals and families experiencing trauma in their home, at work, and within the community

  • Working with individuals with autism and neurodevelopmental challenges

I rely on a holistic and interpersonal approach to create a space in which clients can feel safe exploring their desire for change in life. Together, we explore new healthy coping tools for self-soothing, reframing thoughts, self-advocating, and more. I also provide CBT and DBT, and somatic-oriented interventions to encompass the whole person - mind, body and spirit.
