Hi there! I believe healing happens when we are met with compassion and authenticity, and that therapy can be a space to reconnect with our bodies, identities, and communities. My goal is to co-create an affirming space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore their unique lived experiences.

I have completed my Master’s degree in Dance/Movement Therapy & Counseling at Drexel University and am a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT). I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) in Oregon, which means that while I am not yet fully licensed, I am authorized by the state of Oregon to work with clients under supervision from a licensed therapist.

My experience includes:

  • Supporting adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma and behavioral challenges.

  • Working with individuals experiencing eating disorders and body dysphoria in partial hospitalization settings.

  • Facilitating group therapy for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

  • Creating affirming spaces for 2SLGBTQIA+ clients to explore identity, resilience, and healing.

  • Using movement-based and somatic interventions to support emotional regulation and self-expression.

I work from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and relational approach, integrating talk therapy with creative and body-based practices. In the therapy room, clients can expect a balance of validation, gentle challenge, and opportunities to deepen self-awareness and connection.

As a registered associate, I am supervised by Lilyan Smith-Moore, LPC, and Emrys Rintoul, LMFT.
